INSTRUCTIONS
    Step 1: Prepare the Batter
    1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, milk, salt, oil or melted butter, and sugar if using. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
    Step 2: Rest the Batter
    1. Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes so the flour absorbs moisture and creates softer crepes.
    Step 3: Heat the Pan
    1. Place a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
    Step 4: Pour the Batter
    1. Pour a small amount of batter into the center of the pan and swirl quickly to spread evenly.
    Step 5: Cook the Crepe
    1. Cook until edges lift slightly and surface sets, about 30–40 seconds.
    Step 6: Flip the Crepe
    1. Flip gently and cook the other side for another 20–30 seconds.
    Step 7: Stack and Serve
    1. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with desired fillings.

    Notes

Use a thin batter for soft and flexible crepes.

Always rest the batter before cooking for best texture.

Cook on medium heat to prevent burning.

Swirl the pan quickly after pouring batter for even spreading.

Serve with sweet or savory fillings depending on preference.
