Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Fresh ground preferred
  • 1 tsp Paprika Regular or smoked
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder Optional
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper Optional for heat

Instruction

  1. Add all spices to a small mixing bowl.
  2. Mix well until all seasonings are evenly combined and no clumps remain.
  3. Transfer the seasoning blend to an airtight spice jar or container.
  4. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture for up to 6 months.
Tips
  1. Season burger patties just before cooking for the juiciest texture.
  2. Avoid over-seasoning so the natural meat flavor still comes through.
  3. Use fresh spices for stronger flavor and better aroma.

Notes

Use about ½ to ¾ teaspoon seasoning per burger patty or 1 to 1½ tablespoons per pound of meat.
